Not Fitted - I have a pair of rear wheels, I bought these with the intention of fitting 205 width tyres and fitting them on the front but i havent gotten around to it but they are available if the purchaser would like it

Bad points (Every car has them and I like to be honest)

Paintwork, as most people know these cars suffer from what’s called ‘paint bubble’ this makes the paint literally pop off in different areas, this has affected both doors and I haven’t gotten around to getting it re-sprayed. (this i feel is reflected in the price)

Seat bolster wear, from getting in and out all the time as is a common problem the edge of the seat (known as the bolster) has worn through the material, it doesnt bother me and alot of people on the VX forum have had it replaced/fixed for a moderate fee (about £100).

Engine mounts, in the last week ive noticed that the engine mount has failed, this is a common thing (known as a TADTS ‘they all do that sir’) its £50 for a new one if required i will get this changed but again the price reflects everything that needs doing and I honestly dont have the time to sort this quickly.

Grill above the exhaust, another TADTS the small grill above the exhaust has been a bit battered over the years and most of it is missing, I do have a official replacement to fit but again its having the time to do it as you have to take the rear clam off which I will do before the sale if I have time (at the same time as doing the mounts). If i dont have the time to do it then the replacement part (£40) will be provided at the time of sale.

Service History - I have meticlusly had it serviced for the whole time I have owned the car and it comes with alot of paperwork (from the tyre changes to the services) however the service book hasnt been stamped along with the services but as said I have the recipts and paperwork to prove they have been done. When I bought the car the dealership kindly lost the previous service history (about 3 years worth) I did see this when buying the car but by the time I picked it up it was missing!

Summary

I’m looking for offers around £8,000 which is the cheapest non CAT C or D on auto trader and I’m not sure about pistonheads but I know a lot of the cheaper ones are crash repaired.
