My friend's comments on them "they may be more expensive but they use a premium film which does not have the slight orange peel effect of the normal 3M stuff and has a higher gloss, they also guarantee to not cut on the car, not something some other installers seem too concerned about . Tom from Paintshield keeps us entertained with some of the horror stories he sees, most of which have had to be repainted before reapplication of film to remove knife cuts in the paint"

Paintshield are in Grantham Lincolnshire or at least they were the last time I went. I can highly recommend them. They can now do the whole of front clam in one piece with no joins. Another bonus of paintshield over other fitters.
No, they've moved that's why I said Peterborough

Paintshield continue to invest in new products and facilities. The most recent being our relocation to state of the art premises in Peterborough

Think the paint needs to cure for a few weeks before you can apply the film.Wrapping the whole front of the VX sounds great. i'm in the market for this as my new clam is delivered and painted in the next week! Guess it would be better to wrap it before it goes on?
