Ok dipped beam up / down not a problem, but can you adjust the beam left / right?

Yes - remove the headlight unit and then all the rubber bungs. Behind them you will find the other adjusters. It took me a while to get my head round the principle screwing the adjuster brings the reflector towards you on that side. It is a bit trial and error unless someone has the patience to write a comprehensive how to guide.
