Is it a carbon tube with the top thread just bonded in? or a wrap?

It's a carbon tube to cover the nasty shaft. Got some coming in a 1x1 twill....will be £5 each to .org members. I wanted one so had one made and thought others may too. They cost me £4.98 to have made... I think I make 2 pence on each one.....lol

All that remains then, is to fix my flies and stop hanging around the girls' college, and they will have nothing to moan about .....
