The OEM ones aren't made from the best material, and it tends to melt if accidentially hung near the exhaust.
Anyway, to cut a long story short our first batch of 10 all those years ago sold and we bought more material to have another batch made, but never got around to getting them made!
I finally took the materials in a few weeks ago and I have another batch. The material is no waterproof, however they are extremely good quality and protect and keep your roof and bars neat and tidy
As I said, I bought this material a few years ago and was told it had come from the Burberry factory that was closing in Wales at the time? The material was used on their suits apparently?
The bags are made to the same specifications as the OEM bags, size, cord, toggles etc and the workmanship is excellent.
They are £20 each plus £3 postage (1st class recorded)

We bought the roll around 3-4 years ago, they only had one, and as we bought the whole roll we got it at a decent price which has enabled us to have them made at a fair price. The material is excellent quality also - as you would expect for Burberry 
I'll be listing them on ebay at some point, but for a higher price to cover the fees
