1. Could we have the old logo back in full, and minus the 'Driven by Passion'
2. During the last site upgrade the smiley window, to the left of the box in which one types, shrunk and it was going to be rectified but never was. Would it be possible to have all the smileys displayed, rather than having to scroll down, or use the drop-down?
3. Could we have the cc functionality in PM. I've seen this on other IP boards.
4. Can we have the original black skin back please
Thanks
PS: Thanks for listening, and creating this thread

I'd just like to thank the new admin/owners for putting the effort in to re-vamp the forum, new owners could have easily left it s was and plastered the place with advertising & pop-ups etc etc. there seems to be plenty of criticism but not much praise for the efforts Will & the team have made.
cheers guys

I wanted to add to John's praise, I'm very impressed with the speed of the forum and how reactive to the changes you have been. I like the Blue a lot better, although I wasn't a fan of the yellow, it really didn't bother me that much !
Great job!

Its easy for people to overlook all the improvements that have been made and find things they aren't happy with
Will & the team seem to have put a lot of effort in and are due some credit IMO

Yep, agreed. The forum is functioning smoothly and there have been some good, sensible changes. And, importantly, Will and team have listened to sensible feedback and acted on it.
So, anyway, if they end up making zintillions from this forum, can we all have a share of it?

Why? It seems to work fine for me - certainly better than it used to. Don't bother with the simple search function from the top menu and go to the advanced search page here
And format your search strings properly, as per the usage instructions:-
Use Means apple banana Find posts that contain at least one of these words +apple +juice Find posts with both words +apple -juice Find posts with 'apple' but not 'juice' apple* Find posts with 'apple' and/or 'applesauce' "Some Words" Find posts with the phrase 'some words of wisdom', 'some words' but not 'some noise words'

More about the forum thread layout though, any chance we can get a dedicated Formula 1 section in the off topic chat area? And also split the tuning section up into NA and Turbo and leave the general tuning bit to areas that affect both??
