Hi folks,

I live in derby and am looking into buying a salvage or damaged vx, preferably a tubby if I can find one, and restoring it to its former glory in my spare time.

Has anyone done this and does anyone know the best places to look for salvage vx in the midlands if possible? I have looked on eBay but there are no broken vx at the moment and just googling salvage vx just brings up a load of rubbish really.

Cheers

Douglas Valley are monkeys. I would be interested to see how much they want for that, DV always overprice the crap they sell :beat:

I have a crash damaged VXT that I am repairing, I could be convinced to sell it as is ;)

I dealt with Douglas Valley once and they seemed alright. very quick to respond, very happy with the service and price.

Cheers Steve. chinky chinky

Yeah, I got my first batch of bits from Douglas Valley. If you are desperate then they have good stuff. I paid 25% more than I should have, but that was more my fault than theirs.
