ime grippers and Quaiffes have usually been the same price.... but I might be wrong about this new setup.
I had to pay £200 for drawings
If I can sell five units
I get my £200 back
Unit cost
Gripper £595
Quaife £585
Group buy price (£536 for 5)
The beauty of this item is that one can tune to ones requirements

There was a thread a few days ago that vocky said the only reason you can use an M32 box with the current drive shatfs wase that the splins where wrong.
If they could do the option of M32 diff with F23 splines it would be a good route to a 6 speed conversion.

Still can't get my head around whether LSD's are good, bad or indifferent (let alone the pro's/con's of the various types) thing to have. Gearboxes and differentials in general make my head explode, everytime I try to understand how they work.
But, an M32 box -> F23 driveshaft conversion via the LSD would be a great way to fit the 6-speed box.

It's not techie enough for me, Lee. If it was an all electronic diff, I'd probably have more chance of understanding it. We're talking proper oily engineering bits here and that's way out of my comfort zone.change your name to un-techieboy
