You should be fine. I'm 6.4 and ...well....a lot over 12 stone, and I fit. Seat is all the way back, though.

I'd do a search, it's a frequently asked question. I'm one inch shorter and four stones greater :)

I'm 6ft 4. It requires a bit of contortionism to get in if it's in the garage, the roof is on and I can only open the door half way, but otherwise, once you've got your entry/exit technique sorted it's fine. I thought I'd need the seat all the way back, but one or two notches forward of that is best for me, which keeps my head away from the plastic box thing, attached to the roll bar, above the seat. Have you sat in one yet?

Previous owner of my car said he used it less and less as it was such a pain to get in and out of. Car had done 14k miles in 8 years. He's 6'2.

Come to a meet. I'm sure that some kindly sole will let you sit in. As a bonus, if you get stuck someone can video and post the film, making you an overnight VX220.org.uk legend. It's win-win!

I'm six-five and no worries. I've moved seat back/lowered on different runners and took some of the padding out of the seat. Girlfriend is like a grizly bear, she fits in passenger side fine. If you live near Derby you are welcome to try mine. PS You get more headroom with SOFT TOP. Paul

Paul

but the side bars on the soft top actually make it harder to get in.

depends on if you are long in the back/body , or long legged

im 6,3 and found that once I removed the headrest, the seat would go back better and then I wouldnt keep banging my head. Plus, i need to remove the hardtop/softtop to fit in the car with my helmet on. I refitted the rear part of the headrest, so it doesnt look that much different. I'd love to remove that thing. Looks like an angle-grinder job to me, though.

I know you're tall, but the VX is a bit like a Tardis inside. There's not much room for anything else - but plenty of / surprising amount of room in the seats. thumbsup
