Guys. Just been down to SFS round the corner from me. They make silicone hoses (just like Samco) but at more reasonable prices. If we can drum up enough business they will make a kit for a VX220. It is just the cost of the initial tooling that could be the stopper. David down there is going to measure my car up and get cracking. The air pipe will be the one to have as he reckons just by giving the pipe a larger smooth bore he will up the bhp between 5-10. Let me know how many people would be interested. More interest cheaper the price! Looking at an estimated Ã‚Â£60 for the air intake pipe. All other pipes to follow! M17D VX

Guys. These are professionally made hoses. They are custom made to fit the engine bay of the NA VX. It is being designed around my car with the aim of increasing air flow and making my engine bay look the dogs dangles. It will be designed to force my K&N further down towards the intake vents in the body. More air more power. All air flow sensors etc. will be fully moulded in as on the standard pipe. All coulours will be available. As I said with enough interest we can have these made very very quickly. The rest of the bay is quite simple. Let me know. Chris.

How are you going to force the K&N filter further down when the filter is bolted the expansion tank?

I have now sourced a spare air flow pipe (the plastic one) and am going to drop it down to SFS. Hopefully tooling will start soon on this pipe. I need some more interest as he will check this thread and as long as there is enough interest it will be made. As soon as it is it will be fitted to my car along with all the other hoses and I will get some pics posted. Chris.

Guys. Looks like the tooling for this Induction Pipe will be another week or so. Then need to get it made up and fitted. Hope to have some pics soon as possible. Any more interest. The more there is the cheaper the price!
