Nice car, but how did you afford the insurance at 25?

got 1 years free insurance with Vauxhall in 2001 when they did a promotion that entitled you to a NCD of how many years you'd be driving i.e was 21 so was given 5 years NCD at renewal :D (not me though)

They can give you the discount but that doesn't mean you have 5 years NCB to take to another company

Anyway don't mean to hyjack your thread - good luck

nightmare. :o if people keep selling their cars for next to nothing, how do you expect anyone else to get a decent price??? "im not paying 20K for a moonland VXT, my mate just bought one last week for £17995" you cant be THAT desperate to sell. either that or some people have plenty of money to throw away. come on boys and girls, lets keep it real eh!! Its starting to turn into a competition, to see who can sell their VXT for the cheapest!!! thumbsdown i dont want to have to take a hit for the team!! :beat:

Please can we stop the posts commenting on the price, whether it's too low or too high is upto the person who wishes to sell. It's getting to the point where all For Sale threads will be locked to prevent comments.

Banter is one thing, but the price should not be discussed unless the seller invites comments. It would be a shame to have to lock the threads.
