Wonder what the Performance Engine Calibration is? ECU software update? If so it may not be compatible with our set-up.

Yeah, that would be a pain in the butt. I don't think they have electronic throttle in any 2.2 car in the states. I'd love to be proven wrong...

I believe the Supercharged 2004 Saturn Ion Red Line does have an electronic Throttle Body. Don't know if that is much help in our case as it's running with the new 2.0L SC Ecotec.

I was speaking to a guy on ecotec power forums and he says his ion (not the redline) has electronic throttle, so maybe there is hope for us yet!

I Guess that's 200 horses on a standard exhaust system, and don't the Americans go further with there polution regulations? Steve

They primary thing is that they tend to run on 93 octane tops. The Supercharger on the ion redline (very similar setup, but intercooled) is rated at 205hp at the crank (on a 2.0), but actually turns out to be 200+ at the wheels on 93 octane...

Interesting, indeed!

No, the one in my car. It is the same/similar. In Sweden we tend to make our own mods, the cost of labour is far too high for any stage 1/stage 2/stage 3 routine!!

So where is all the info on it coming from if it's not possible to buy one anywhere?
