Replacement Brakes

Looking at new discs / pads all round.

Anyone had any experience with these? Just at the top on fleabay when I typed in. Only planning road driving currently

Brakes are a regular topic and haven't changed too much. I suggest you search the forum for a more in debit answer, however quick summary as follows:

1. Disc type doesn't matter (unless you look at very expensive, lightweight parts). Venting/grooves make more noise and may wear pads more, gas release advantages are pad dependent. 

2. Car is very sensitive to pad type. The ones in your link are just OEM quality replacements.

I suggest you look into better pads and couple them with standard discs. The link you provided is spending money in the wrong place (discs rather than pads)

do camskill still sell the M1144 and disc kits? If so, then get that for road use. and consider m1155 kit for slightly keener use and the odd bit of tracking.
