Well after the iPhone 7 dying and me buying a new laptop and not backing up my iPhone I've lost all my contacts and photos

my contract is an upgrade each year anyway so i think i only have 1 or 2 months remaining
it should be replaced under warranty though

Well the replacement iphone 7 from Apple has died again!! so lost all contacts and photos again!!
Annoyingly it died whilst i was backing it up you couldnt make this up!!!
i think its time to move to the darkside....

When will people realise that an iphone is just like a German car. Trading on past glories of robustness and currently just an overpriced, over branded lump of shite!
I hate apple shite. And before I get the usual response of "yeah, but it just works" this is a clear example of "no it doesn't"

lol how can I get it wrong!! its a known fault and apple themselves told me this happens with the 8 and x 
therefore I will jump ship... this phone lasted 49 days before dying.. 30 days was the warranty so will be fun day in the apple store tomorrow.
So... when is the Samsung S9 or whatever it will be called be out?
ive had all the iphones and they have all been great... but this 7 is the last straw that and the fact this is a very common fault and they have clearly not addressed it in the 8 or x
