All the cars on that stand are from the Vauxhall Heritage Centre. I got chatting to the guys on the stand and it turned out that the guy I was chatting to was an Apprentice with me at Vauxhall in 1978, neither of us recognised each other but when we said our names we both remembered them.

Can't quite tell from that angle, is it back on its correct Speedlines? It has been on NA wheels hasn't it?

It has Speedlines on but not Yoko AO48 tyres

Speedlines yes, it's a lovely car but it wasn't what I'd call show/museum condition. The paint is badly swirled and bubbling in places, and although it looks ok in the pic the exhaust is wonky.

There were a few gt40s there, some replicas and a couple real. After about two hours you almost get numb from seeing super rare cars :)
