Spring Rates Gaz Gold Pro, Recomandations.

I know this is been discussed several times before but cant really decide what springrates to go for on my Gaz shocks.

I dont know what i have today since i bought them used and the markings are gone. They are not very stiff, little stiffer then the originals. 

So i'm going to use this a track orianteded street car and dont bother if they are stiff for the road. Track performance is more important for me.

 

What would you recomend for this use?

450 front 550 rear. Iis a good ref for street/track use. If you want bit stiffer then 500/600.
