Hi, after some test runs or fuel learning sessions with obd-tuner Im getting this ticking sound when I rev it a little bit. Im sure you can hear it on the video. What could be the Problem? Did you hear that before? :( The sound comes on the beginning each time when I rev it

Ticking noise only on warm-up? (It sounds pretty awful in that clip...)

Put a screwdriver on the block and the handle end to your ear to listen if this is mechanical valve/engine noise. If you do not hear a loud ticking that way, it can be a cracked manifold...

Is it over your right shoulder and does it go away after 15-20 mins of driving? If so it's likely the EVAP canister/solenoid and nothing to worry about.

If its further back it could be chain tensioner or cracked manifold. Manifold crack will tick from cold but you'd be able to hear it directly from the rear of the engine bay.

I noticed the EVAP solenoid on mine when I went SC was a bit noisier than before.

Could it be the SC coupler? Have you checked your SC oil?

Tried to find it with a screwdriver but I can't find it. It also doesnt seem to come from the manifold...

Seeing as this also happened just after I went SC, is there anything to do with the fuel system that could be contributing to it? My fuel pump is as old as the car (currently being rectified) but is there something to do with the return/draw of the fuel and the valve that could be suffering?

I found out it was the blanking plate for the EGR. There was a small bypass under the plate so the exhaust gases were able to go from the one hole to the other :D It's interesting what sound just a exhaust leak can make. Sounded like a valve to me.
Thanks for your help!
