Righty, I feel a complete numpty asking this, but as there is apparently no such thing as a silly question...

I have gaskets (off the good chaps on here) to go either side of the oil cooler connector.

So....assuming I purchase a new OEM oil filter element, will it come with the necessary o ring?

To change the weeping gaskets on the oil cooler connector (previous service not done by me...) need I do anything 'clever'?  I do have the appropriate ring spanner, again off the good folks on here.

Thanks all!

The oil filters will come with an o ring but it will be too big. Someone will confirm the correct size in a minute I am sure. Torque up to the TIS spec and you should have no leaks.

Have PM'd you, torque is 25Nm for the cap and 120Nm for the sandwich plate adaptor ring.  I have O rings and gaskets if you need them.
