Help Needed - Vxt Compression Test

Hi guys,

I need some info, and after one hour search I'm left a bit confused. as I read several contradiction numbers.

 

At this moment my VXT is for sale.  In 2 weeks a buyer is coming to check my car.  But as he's coming from abroad, he asks me to go to a service centre to let them make an official compression map of the 4 cylinders. 

 

I driving a full stock VXT, (2.0 turbo) with no engine modifications whatsoever and only 27.000 km (about 16.800 miles) on the counter.  I only replaced the precat by a straight pipe (second maincat is in place).  And replaced the silencer by a sports silencer of VX-Performance.

 

What is the factory compression I should read by performing a compression test?

 

I also suppose a dynorun would show a bit more then the factory 200 BHP ?

i think its about 175psi.. 

 

different gauges can sometimes read high/low.. the important thing is that they are all within X across all 4.

I had mine checked a few moths ago

I got 175psi to 180psi on all 4 cylinders
Apparently that was good (2.0 turbo) so anywhere near that would be ideal

Test takes a few minutes but I would say around 30 mins start to finish including taking the plugs out etc

Anything 150PSI over is perfectly acceptable. Its more important that they are within 5-10psi of each other - thats what would put a buyer off.
