Bush Lubrication

I'm pretty sure the creeking when there's movement in the suspension of my vx is coming from the front. Maybe the Arb?
I have this kit https://www.elisepar...ushes-rear-set/ fitted throughout which was done 2013 / 14 I understand it can be lubricated in situ, can anyone confirm this and recommend a good way to do this and what to use?
A syringe maybe?
Thanks in advance
Dan

usually this comes from the ARB bushes bud, remove them, grease them and refit

Any particular grease?
Silicone grease is best for rubber isn't it?

Graphite might work well too, being non liquid it might last longer in there as it won't squish/leak out on a hot summers day. Best to know exactly what material the bushes are made from, and find out what's best for that material.

The only way to permanently silence the bushes supplied with the thicker ARBs, is to chuck them in the bin and replace with a Powerflex style softer alternative.
Alternatively, chuck the thicker ARB in the bin and return to the peace and reliability of standard.

I didn't find that TBH, caused far too much understeer, I've had mine detached for a year or so now and intend to put an OEM one back on.

I've made a cover to go over it now to keep the shite out when I get caught out in the rain next ... Or most likely next years national
