Are there any issues re disconnecting the battery for 2 months?

Nope, that's how my car hybernates.

Open bonnet, connect battery terminal, start. thumbsup

Mine was off for 4 year. new oil and filter and car started on 3rd turn. you will be absolutely fine

Are there any issues re disconnecting the battery for 2 months?

first short drive it will relearn fuel trims
