Turbo Lumpy Idle And Unresponsive Throttle

I have done some investigations, but nothing has cured it yet.
All electrical connections check and sprayed with contact cleaner (including loom plugs behind expansion tank).
New spark plugs.
Checked and cleaned injector plugs.
Swapped throttle body for spare.
Swapped coil pack for spare.
New battery fitted as the old one wasnt holding charge for very long.
All fuses and relays seem fine.
Engine & chassis earths were cleaned up last year.
Please see the attached video to see the engine idling.
No engine fault light. What else do you think I should try?

Do you have any way of getting some live data? Op-com would be ideal.

vacuum hose come off
or a hole in the boost hose , typically just by the turbo outlet. you can cut off the damage section and still have enough to refit

Unplug the MAF as a test as well.

Anyway, I decided to check out my engine earth. I ran a jump lead direct from the battery to the engine. Car started up and seems to be running fine. I cleaned the engine/chassis earths in 2019 or 18 as they were corroded. I'll clean them up again but surprised that they would be giving me an issue so soon. While the engine was running I removed the jump lead. Engine continued to run but when I blipped the throttle it cut out and wouldn't restart until I put the jump lead back on. Tried that same test again but engine continued to run normal and didnt cut out. It seems an intermittent problem.
I have come across this on migweb, https://www.migweb.c...roblems.329009/
Would this be relevant to a VX220? Could be worth investing.

When I turn the ignition on I am getting a noise from the throttle. Took the pipe off and observed it was the butterfly opening and closing fast. See video. I've never heard it do this before. http://cloud.tapatal...0611_171319.mp4

I have some screen shots now from OPCOM.
This first is with the engine idling (very poorly). Foot off the throttle.

As a bonus I found some split vacuum connectors on a T-piece below the inlet manifold, it's made a huge difference to the boost pressure! Smiles all round!
