I've been looking for one of these grilles for a while. I've not heard anybody mention this one by Puffin. Anybody had experience / got it on their car?

We're looking to do a group buy of this one here:  http://www.vx220.org...ille-group-buy/

I guess the clue was in the thread title!

It's very similar to the Steinmetz grille, which has been much more expensive, when it has been produced 10 years ago. It's fits very well, car looks really good. One problem: you have to take off the original V (not easy: clam has to be removed).

Here you will find original group buy in this forum:

Actual situation of orders: 6 (10 needed for better price - 110GBP)

I had one of these and unfortunately the quality of the plastic and the finish of the edges left a lot to be desired. It didn't take long to look tatty and I removed it.

Oh, that's disappointing. Did that feedback get sent to them? Have any pics of it looking tatty?

I do still have it somewhere but unfortunately I'm not in a position to post pics and unlikely to be so for quite some time.

Had such a mission with two bolts holding the clam on today...ones in the bottom of the doors, some swearing was done. Anyway clam off and back on and as we lost so much time with those two bolts forgot to remove the V. I’m going to give this group buy a miss sorry.
