Owner of Caerphilly MOT station from what I gather... Frazer?
I've seen the car on here, its very distinguished. Cut outs in the rear clam, big wing, rear arches extended etc
Not sure if created by a previous owner and sold on?

Had a good chat with him after. he hasn't had it long from what I gather, polish class with wider rear arches etc
