Door Hinge Movement

Is there a simple fix for the hinges in the doors? Seems at some point a fatty has used the door to get in and out of the car and where it hinges there is movement in the top part. Do they have a bearing or something in that can be replaced??? Any ideas greatly appreciated as currently I have to lift the door a few inches to get it to close!

You can lift my door up and down a bit. Play in the top hinge bushing or whatever it is. Did try to tilt the hinge slightly so it doesn't drop a little when it opens but couldn't loosen the hinge bolts with the front clam on. Will have to have another look, though I do have a spare door so can use the hinge from that once I've managed to undo the two bolts that fix the door to the side impact beam inside the door. Not had the courage to remove the front clam yet.

Anyone replaced 12/13 hinge bearing and bush in Hairy's link? If so is it a front clam off job?

its in an annoying place, and you can take the front clam off in under an hour so worth it really

This is exactly the issue I am having. So is there a bearing in there then that an be swapped out? If it's a case of taking the clam off, I will prob just live with it, only use the door about 5 times a year anyway.
