Hi,

Does anyone have experience of the 3" full exhaust system from Racelook.de (or JMS...I'm not sure which is the brand name)?

www.jms-fahrzeugteile.de/Exhaust-systems-more/Racelook/Opel/Speedster/76mm-3-Zoll-Rennsportanlage-mittig:::2208_31806_31807_32257_142845.html

If so, how's the quality, noise, weight, etc?

It can be found on Ebay for as low as £1174.

Best regards,

Per

Plenty of mounting options then. Probably handy when your first lambda gets welded into place due to it's proximity to the turdo. :wacko:

Better ask on the german forum Per.

People here tend to dislike german stuff.

Slightly incorrect.... disliking Dilbert stuff is fine, but that exhaust above looks like its well made etc, just has a curious number of lambda bungs in curious places.

Well, I sent an email and asked some questions. Two of the lambda bungs are covered and it has a 200 cells cat (which looks tiny, I agree). He told me the weight of the system is approx 20 kgs while the weight of the OEM system is 17 kgs. That sounds strange to me. I know that Milltek's 2.5" is 6-7 kgs lighter than the OEM and I assume that that other 3" systems are lighter too, despite their larger diameter. No?

Mine arrived and included the box and packaging (lots and lots of it)

the box said (courier) said 12kg so I reckon around 10-11kg for a full system with a full decat

I guess the 200 cell may add another 1kg?

On their website it says that both NA and Turbo systems with cats are lighter. Is that false?

I had a full milltek on ( Piper back box now) and I seem to remember... it was lighter that the OEM system. Add a stainless steel manifold and the car floats away!
