As Lee said will be using a V6 subframe (once I get hold of one) before I decided to go Exige subframe I had some ally spacers made up at work to prevent the crushing. Engine mounts will be getting replaced to either Exige V6 ones and new mounts made or upgraded vibratechnic ones

Surprised they're able to sell it, that was made with government funding to make lightweight vehicles. Completely misses the mark in my view because it should have been immediately obvious that it doesn't have commercial viability.

Yh hopefully it'll sound good! The noise that insignias with garrets make is really nice. I'm hoping to keep it fairly quiet when running in normal mode but when switch to sport mode Itll open a valve and make it louder and up the boost. Had built a 3" exhaust but that was for when I was going to be using a hybrid turbo with aim somewhere around the 450 mark but going for a bigger garret so going to upgrade to 3.5". I was going to use a Not 100% sure on the material tbh. I seen how VXT5's engine mounts were made and went with that idea as they look the best and IMO strongest. All need to be re made though for when I eventually get hold of the Exige subframe. Why do they look familiar?

Ah I see! Yh I stole your idea then  love the work you've done on his car! I pretty much followed the exact same way you did his! I don't think it's anything exotic. Just some stuff my friend (a welder) had lying around in abundance. Should be more than strong enough. Well once they're done again! Thanks it's going to be a hell of a long project but hope is to have it fully finished by the end of next year. Want to do a Euro trip trough the alps with it in 2019 so hoping to get it finished. slowly stock piling bits
