Hey .org, for no reason other than it was a good opportunity to start a list... I thought I would create a Fiat 500 register... I may even let slindy put his name on it (even though he has the cuntpuffin version).

Damn, that'll be some magical spec petrobas oil dressed up as an Italian brand in 10/50  not an issue, I'll get some better 10/60, she's not used a drop in 12k miles and given its use round town I'm impressed

Question for my fellow 500 owners :) My 500 has a very odd "issue"... not that it bothers me that much as I'm going to give it back in 8 months time... If I drive through standing water/puddles on the near side, I get a very loud banging/knocking, for approx 5-10 seconds from somewhere on the near side... that seems to correspond to the bumps in the road, however rather than a suspension issue, I somehow suspect that it is something to do with the exhaust (something to do with rapid temperature change) but I could be completely wrong... anybody else experienced this? thumbsup

Not had that when going through water. The bushes on the rear shocks are prone to failure and knock when they go though.

The top bush on the rear shocks has 2 slots in it and it tends to tear.
