have you tried emailing them? That would be my first option, certainly before putting a post in a public forum.

About a month ago when the server was being moved there was a notice asking people not to order anything until after the server move as the was a slim chance the order would not make it through and therefore nothing would be dispatched. Give Thorney a call, I am sure this is all that has happened. I expect the have no idea you have ordered anything due to the move etc. Marc

I placed a order in March, money went out on the 1st April, but no sign. I have emailed several times & spoke to someone on the TMS openday and also phoned but had no reply for my order ? I'm happy to wait if theres a problem as long as i get a reply. :tumble:

I didn't want to go public with this because i understand what these threads can do to your buisness but i have ordered carbon bits in oct/nov last year, received half of the order in december but the carbon doorhandle things are still not in! I have emailed about 20 times and quite often the emails were not replied. When replied they always said that they were already sent or that there was a problem but they were going to be here soon. I understand that there is a problem and I am happy with the offer of a free t-shirt but the amount of times that you are resending your last email because there is no answer for a week has been stupid  Because i want the same pattern in the carbon and colour, i am willing to wait but otherwise this is a laugh!!!

Sorry, missed this thread. I'm actually at home ill with a virus. When the server moved we seeme to have 'lost' some orders and its taken some time to recover them from the database (which was backed up so nothing has actually gone astray) not helped by the fact that the new server got hacked requiring the new update to the forum software to fix it (in itself not without problems). Ref the carbon fibre, there are a few orders still awaiting handle guards etc and I've sent an email to each persn offering a refund as the delay has been extensive. The delay is due to a search for a new supplier as the last one let us down too many times to be acceptable. I have a meeting tomorrow with the new supplier so assuming that goes ok we'll be back in production. The refund offer obviously still stands of course as it'll take a couple of weeks before new stocks are available. Sorry.
