In the midst of specifying some dampers for my NA and have so far found the spring rates for Standard, Nitrons, and various others including Mr M's (tubby) and Marks (NA) I've tried searching as hard as dial-up will allow, but can't seem to find the rates for either the Spax springs or the Sachs anywhere So far I seem to have drawn the conclusion that the optimum balance is 45% Front and 55% Rear, and given my driving style (which is prob best described as fast road) I would be best going for something along the lines of 325 front and 400 rear, which is just over half way between the difference from standard to Nitrons And a big to Mark for the info available on his site Any spring rates or opinions very welcome

I have the tubby Gaz rates, but the NA ones are 'yet to be decided'
