Yes!
Mine is velcro'd (mainly to avoid it being stolen while again while parked up).
Also, it allows you to slightly adjust the height of it depending on the road / speed humps - or lack of.

Lost (another) front number plate..wind pulled cover off, must have loosened plate, didnt notice - time to go small me thinks

After the wind ripped the straps off my Halfrauds 'weather proof' cover recently, I used small ratchet straps to hold it on. Wind still pulled it off yesterday!!

No its under the dash..always goes this time of year at first time of changing it..I always forget to Wd40 it during the summer clean
..at least it broke with flap on "luke warm"
