Agree, it happened to me 3yrs ago, stressed, angry that I tried to appeal, 3 mths later got the job I'm currently in. Sometimes good things do happen out of bad. Good luck!

I got made redundant 3 times in 18 months. Had this job 3.5 yrs now. Its very frustating as I know the pooling scores have been rigged as I was the last in to be scored and I had to inform them of a mistake they had made which would of put me out of the top 4 places. My manager then tried to discredit the info but the MD overuled him.
