I went for the pro alloy rad, expensive compared to some rads out there but a quality bit of kit.

Grab a can of roost ice. spray on the bolts liberally every night for a few days. plenty of cutting discs. print the guide out. patience!

Buy a stainless bolt kit of ebay or JG to replace any you cut off.
