Have a look at the dead battery thread I posted last week. There's a lot of good info in there, including how to test for what's draining your battery :)

yeah saw it, will try with ctek charger and see if it works, the interior lamp light worked a little so maybe it's not completely dead yet

You basically have the same as windows 7 except the Start menu is now in tablet style.
It's pretty good though :)

It's a mindset thing. My wife was doing 40mph in a NSL at night the other day. Our little boy in the back. Someone came past doing 60mph ish and she said something about him having a death wish. I then educated her. ;)

To be fair, I used to overtake the world and his dog in my smart roadster; but if someone tried to overtake me...the only thing that stopped me fighting back was the lack of acceleration :D
