Could someone please tell me where the ECU is originally located on my vx220 turbo?I recently changed my rear clam and i can't seem to remember where the ecu was fitted.Pics and links will be very appreciated.
Furthermore,if someone knows a better place than the original i'm all ears

vocky,first thank you.when you say by the boot do you mean inside the boot or srewed on the boot on the engine's compartment??

inside the engine compartment, the ecu bracket bolts to the rear clam - probably

It is mounted vertically to the extreme left rear side (looking form the rear of the car) of the engine compartment. Usually I think there are 3 or 4 bolts that pierce through the glassfibreof the clams boot. Note that one of these has an important earth cable that needs to be grounded well if you take the bolts out.
