http://wiki.seloc.or..._Brembo_Caliper The rear brakes on the vx (or elise) can be under powered in bias to the fronts. Many have played about with the friction material to give the rears more bite.. Looking at the wiki site above I see some have machined the rear pistons to 38 or 40 mm... I can see this will help, but what is the stock size of the VX220 n/a and turbo pistons in the rear brembo's....??????

36mm I think. There's a company in the us doing 40mm conversions for the viper (same caliper). There's details of the machining on their website about how to cut the seal groove etc. Seals are available from brembo and the sleeved the piston ( ). Its on my 'to do' list at some point. I'll try and dig out the link for you.
