Evo 15/20 mpg vx 30/35 mpg What you save if you do a few miles will cover the cost of fair few jobs

If you are focussing on day-to-day fuel and servicing costs (oil, filter, discs, pads etc) then it really is cheap motoring. However if you are a fuss-pot (or "Fanny" in words of Slindborg) then it can get expensive quickly (which it sounds like you may be, with descriptions of your Evo ownership) as you'll be swapping old for new regularly... It's gotten to the point when the missus and my best man (+wife) snigger and pass comment.

Yes 4.25 mpg about the same as the evo on full chatJust refilled the tank after Saturday's drive back on the motorway drive back.
It was my first time in the SC VX so considering it was pissing it down I sat at 70ish.
Just worked out new tank and miles and I get 42.5mpg. Wtf?

(that is good bet your made up)
