At the top right of the page is a search function.
To use it type in a keyword or phrase that you are looking for.
Ensure the drop down list to the right of the search box is directed towards the section of the forum where you want to search or to the entire forum if you don't know the location of the information.
Unfortunately some users do not achieve success using the forum search function.
If this is the case then try searching through www.google.co.uk and typing site:vx220.org.uk before the term you are searching for.

Probably won't stop people wanting everything done for them (sometimes multiple times in one thread!) though.

Should've really searched for a thread about this before creating another one
Back on topic... I'd probably add to it that on the mobile site (on iPhone as i'm not sure about other phones) the search button is down the bottom of the page on the left (just next to the button to switch to the full version of the site)

You're all making the assumption that some of the spanners on here even read this forum before posting the same old questions again and again. Given the amount of answers already covered in here, I doubt it very much.

I have to say that just posting a question up is probably as fast as using the search function because the replies and sarcastic comments about using the search function appear within minutes usually anyway.
