Wont the screen hit the dash as the dash sticks out? Thats the reason i never bothered. Mate has this dvd player, its alright for what you pay for

The only dvd player that i found that works in the vx is a kenwood kvt 627, as longs as it has the z motion it will be fine.

I don't even have the radio on.

If your journey in the VX 'needs' the addition of a DVD player then your car / driving needs sorting out.

Its not me who likes watching them but the girlfreind does and also sat-nav can be connected/camera for track days . Sometimes she will put my dvd collection (the good stuff if you know what i mean) and i aint complaining what happens after that :D

I picked up a DVD/SatNav from Halfords, works well and the screen angles slightly downwards, still viewable, but TBH it doesn't really get used as either. Word of advice, make sure you screw it in tightly, under enthusiastic acceleration when the screens out it can move a bit.
