I'm a newbie and thinking about buying a VX220 NA. Does anybody know of a good garage in Bristol for servicing and MOTs? Thanks

I always get mine done at Vauxhall in the centre of Bristol (behind Temple Meads). I've not had too many problems with them and it's always a reasonable cost. I should really find a good indy, but never seem to have the time....

Used to own a Turbo in Moonland Grey. Miss it.

I used to take mine to Neil Garner in Kemble - while it's a little out of the way, you'll always get top notch servicing there, and their sheddy old Golf GTI courtesy car is quite nice to drive too.

I used Neil Garner too. Very good, but I felt a bit "left 'til last" whilst they sorted the cars that were racing the next day. thumbsup

Have a think about a Turbo, you'll only find the NA slow after a while ;)

Another vote for Neil Garner and their surprisingly nippy Golf GTi shed (although 2nd gear can be a bit crunchy ).
