firstly hello forum!! i`ve tried searching the AP website and the obligatory "google" without luck so i`m firing the question on here hoping some of you techy types may well know!! i`m looking to get some AP calipers for my track car (not a vx220.. and not and elise... its.. a... er... peugeot! - please dont hate me.. RWD scares me!) now.. i`ve been led to believe the part number on the lotus and vx220 front calipers was CP5111.. the calipers ive been offered says 5134-10.. if someone could confirm the calipers will suit a 285ish x 25?? vented disc i`d be eternally gratefull to you oversteering madmen!! thanks in advance Stu

very aware.. 130mm centres?? a good friend of mine is a CNC whizz so custom bells/brackets isn`t an issue providing the caliper itself is correct for vx220/elise front fitment.....

humour??!! i thought it was someone that knew my listening habits!! hahaha 4pots are probably overkill tbh. i`m aiming for 800kilos and it`ll only have 170bhp at a guess so it doesnt need uber anchors.. plus the unsprung weight is always nice to keep down... cheers anyway though..

Cliffie may be able to confirm, didn't someone get a calliper dirt cheap from france on the le mans trip? Also, you may just want to look at second hand through a breaker???

That was me he charged me 50 euros but that was just out of his second hand parts bin he did have more but i dont know how willing fred would be to send them as he can probably shift them on pretty easily with all the cars doing le mans trackdays. Just keep your eyes peeled and a set will come up. Looks like cliffie has some 4 pots to put on so his might be for sale or you could ask on seloc?

Bargain! That is cheaper than a refurb kit.
My passenger front one is binding, so am not sure to try and refurb or try and find second hand.
