Thanks Nelly, I'm planning on replacing my fuel pump today, and am hoping to pick up a pair of pliers locally.

Is that for the quick connectors? If so, you can just release them using your fingers by squeezing the coloured insert and at the same time pulling the main body off the nozzle on the pump body. At least that's what I did when I changed the pump and also replaced the fuel line between the pump and the filter and it hasn't killed me yet.

:yeahthat: And some times you can get away with using two small flat bladed screwdrivers to push the clips in and then pull thumbsup

It is, but i heard that the quick connectors are a bit delicate and that pliers are better?
