Nope. Non-race national B required. A £35 paperwork expercise with the MSA.

Are the sprints on the tracks themselves, or on large carparks / runways etc? Also how many laps do you get, are there any sighting laps before the timing starts? Seen on seloc each event is about £135 entry, really tempted to do setterton

Sorry for the late reply. I've been stuck on a ship for the past 2 weeks. The sprints are either on tracks or on airfields/perimeter tracks. The number of laps varies per event/venue, we've had 1.75 laps of Combe, but the next time there in June it'll on be 3/4 lap. But it's generally of the format 2 practice then 2 timed runs, but sometimes you get 3 or 4 timed runs if time allows. Not a lot of track time for the money, but the adrenaline makes up for it!

We have 5 competing from our champs (including Martyn in his VX), plus another selocer competing in the BARC champs in 1.4 turbo K (ex land speed record engine) lightened S1 Elise.

Next round at Combe on the 23rd June. Two VXs down to compete at present and about a further 10 elises. Hope the weather is good!

This year has gone silly with work Hopefully I will be able to make at least one round this year... I also have a little more power than I did when I was considering this
