I think i've finally found the problem with my hard brake pedal.

The one way valve as shown on the end of this hose:
Posted Image

Isn't very one way.

It isn't a huge leak but i must make a difference.

Question is where do i find a replacement.

Vxl is not the answer they don't sell the right one. and anyway you have to have the that whole section and it comes with the wrong connector, the wrong size pipe and it costs more than 50quid.

There must be someone that sells just these valves with a 10.5 E.D connector on each end.

There's something like that on virtually every car with a servo. A trip to a breakers should turn up something suitable.

You can use a corsa valve (gm nr 564607) for that. Costed me 7 euro last time i ordered one.

Bargi replaced his valve relatively recently.

Hopefully get a chance to replace my brake servo pipe this weekend.
Will be replacing the valve with this here
Pipe from previous posts seems to be Air Brake SAE J 1402/A - 1/2" and will get about 3.5 meters

Wanted to check if there's any other clips, joiners, pipes, etc worth replacing at the same time?

Yep, same that Sutol used, only thing is it didn't fix my problem with the brakes going hard on track, helped a little bit, but still there.

Never had the problem as NA at all and only happens after straights where I've had the rev at +6k, short shifting around the track it's fine.

Other thing I believe it could be is possibly the servo/booster leaking, but Nev was finding the same and added an auxiliary pump.
I'm tempted to do the same as I just don't have confidence in the brakes at the end of straights any more. (never have it happen on road)

Only other thing is the servo hose itself, mine has had the factory recall replacement, but even that was years ago.

JG, you've replaced your hose haven't you? worth trying it to see how go anyway I guess.

Try 90305460 ?

Take from here:
http://www.teilehabe...id16531583.html

Along with a list of cars it was fitted to.....?

which if you google that 903.. number you get a link on migweb (faux forum):
http://www.migweb.co...d-new-ebay.html

So hopefully that is a uk part number that you need.
