Took my TAT pedals off in the end as I still couldn't H&T with them (even less chance than with the standard) and there was too little space between the pedals for me and my footwear.

Had a little play with just the accelerator pedal and that seems to be a good compromise of pedal gap and a slightly extended accelerator pedal. It felt like i had to angle my foot a bit less and it felt a bit more comfortable. Then again, my heal and toe prowess doesn't amount to very much. The Peugeot 206 we have seems to be one of th easier cars to do it in for some reason.
