All happy to provide the following intercooler vent if anyone is interested. Only have one currently that was going to be used prior to going cc setup so no longer required.

Hand made from alloy :D

£30 including all fittings and will even provide some instructions or hapy to fit

If someone wants the one I already have will fit for free because I am sooooo nice lol

DG, I assume this vent fits in the lower part of the clam, rather than the wheel arch. Could you let me know approx size ie bigger or smaller than the grill in the attached pic. Cheers

O/D of total item 220mm width and 275mm height vents are - longest one 150mm shortest at bottom 95mm DG

Cheers Dave, That look great. Mesh would be best for airflow, but i drive a normal roads with crap on. So the vents give slightly better airflow and stops crap filling up the intercooler and stopping it working anyway. I would assume it flows more air than it looks like since the low pressure in the wheel arch compared with the pressure to front of the intercooler. DG has a PM

Not sure just yet. I will let you know mate, looks like a good piece of fabrication though.
