I'm having a bit of a sort out at the mo and will be getting rid of my extensive collection of hoarded up back issues of Auto Express. Question is can any one recall any issue numbers that have articles that are VX related or are of other notable interest featuring things worth clipping out and keeping hold of? Just thought maybe people might have pages stored along with their cars paperwork etc. I have pretty much every issue as far back as December 2001. So far all I have found is a 'how to buy' page, a fleet test vehicle window replacement report and a large spread on the Vauxhall GT / Lightning concept. There are a fair few hundred there, mostly in order of age and I have only flicked through the ones clearly having A VX reference on the cover so far. If anyone wants any/all of them they are welcome to take them off my hands as it will save me numerous trips to the recycling bins in the week! I also have every single issue of EVO magazine but I am keeping them all in mint condition.

Me too, I also have about 50 issues up to the final edition of Performance Car (the predecessor to EVO).

Heathen!

Don't bin them some of the early ones have gone for £25+ each on ebay in the past or around the £170 mark for entire collections! :drink:

You can burn mine as well. Oh wait a minute, they go in the bin the soon as I've mostly read them (sometimes I don't even bother and discover them in the grey plastic envelope months later). :D

Never understood the need to hold onto them, especially now they're mostly a watch/conti tyre/Audi adverzine. Can't believe they actually dedicated any space to that Red Victor thing this month. Not the same since Harry ran things and I wish Nick Trott would bugger off back to Auto Express.
