After fixing my Speedster with the pieces of a second Speedster I had the idea to brake the second Speedster completly and sell the pieces.
Then I've seen the requests, some of them totaly crazy, I decided to to buy all pieces which I need to have 2 complete Speedster.
So I sold the second Speedster and I rebuild my one another time.

Here the result!

Very Nice picture. Do you have more of these? What wheels are those? What front splitter and wheel arcs?

Great thread but have you edited your GoPro footage at +25%? The movements of the clocks and your helmet/body don't look to be in real time

Haha, I doubt that very much myself, it looks quite normal to me.   Perhaps a viewing of these would put things in context:

Car is very fast now, and it works fine the complete day. 37 rounds without any issue. Regarding the video quality, my old software On my laptop doesn't work anymore, so tried a New one. Think I've to search another software for future videos.

I've fixed my Speedy after the accident in the spring for this season as fast as possible.
With the result I am very happy, there was simply not possible to do more, in this short time.

However, I notice, that last season the downforce was clearly better.

Splitter, wheel arch ventilation, canards, rear spoiler and diffuser had brought a better downforce.

In the next winter I'm going to have a look to these part of my car again.

Has anyone here built a subfloor in the forum generates downforce?

I have in mind something like a 2nd sub-floor, with wooden board in the middle, 2 channels right and left and side skirts which seal with rubber lips facing the street.

The only guy I can think of who has acutaully done some radical aero stuff is this guy: http://www.vx220.org...t-see-this-one/

I think he didn't make a second underfloor, "only" very big aero parts every where.

I think that to have them a bit smaller and let work the underfloor will bring better results.

in any case I like his car, but the most of the pics in his 3D are not visible anymore.
