Hi

I'm about to buy new oil for my Turbo coming week, previous owners have used 15W-40 and latest one used 15W-50, I tried to find 15W-50 but it seems pretty hard to get it here in Sweden, but I came across Mobil 1 Peaklife 5W-50 for good price (in Sweden) I know it's recommended to use 10W-15W when it's summer time, but maybe 5W is fine?

my question is if it's ok do go with this one or should I look for another Engine Oil?

thats fine. 5w40 would be better 15w40 or 50 is a bit nasty though, esp for a turbo.

yeah, I will go for the 5W-40, got answer at the Valhalla section about a oil called Swedol 5W-40

the Mobil 1 oil costs £35 and the Swedol one £20

I have always found Mobil 1 far too thin and seems to disappear in ever single engine I've tried it in. Motul, millers, fusch are all good, stick to 5/40
