it will need cutting open and welding back up, I doubt anyone would want to or would charge more than a new backbox
Best advice then don't buy a Milltek in the first place now that there are many alternatives

I'm seriously considering buying a Milltek VXT back box at the moment just to be shot of one of the "many alternatives".
If you are the original purchaser then they will fix it if it falls apart I suppose, just not sure a silencer should be made that is not easy to repack - it appears this is something that will need doing in it's lifetime.

This happend to mine i ended up just getting a new Larini I had the same annoying rattle as well took me a while to find what it was!
Is a Larini re-packable or do they not have this problem?

Ill be honest im not 100% sure but I have never heard of a Larini having this problem tbh someone may be along shortly to prove me wrong but I am pretty sure the Larini is alot more robust and I bought mine new from Elise Shop & got the lifetime warranty which im pleased about.
